Boom and Bust
New residential buildings in the Logan Circle neighborhood as seen from a construction site. These buildings quickly during the real estate boom pushing developers to build even more. But, as the boom disappeared and the new inventory flooded the market, construction on new projects (such as this site) has slowed down significantly.
