Counting Down

I'm taking a break from posting photos from my recent travels to New Mexico and Florida, to dedicate as many of my next posts to Washington, DC. This city has been my favorite subject matter and has provided me with some of the most interesting and challenging shots. I owe my photography skills, styles, and inspiration to Washington's diverse colors and scenery. This is a photo of a group of meters seen behind an Adams Morgan apartment building. A Flickr user described this photo as "a squadron of old robots. waiting for their time to rise..."
