Star Trails

Laying in the hammock on our private patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Punta Islita, Costa Rica, I saw more stars than I could ever image. I quickly set up the tripod and took 14 consecutive exposures ranging from 114 seconds to 378 seconds for a total of 3,689 seconds (61 minutes and 29 seconds). Then, using the handy Star Trails application, I created this result.
